    Richie Ramone

I don't normally photograph people, and certainly not when I'm drunk, but thought I would give it a go when Richie from the punk band Ramones turned up in town for a gig. This has loads of motion blur, mainly due to the whisky, and my Tamron 17-50 jammed up and it looks like I can only use it at 17mm now, but I quite like the outcome of this one.

Good motion blur there. However, to be inebriated when taking pictures is not a wise thing to do as you could drop your equipment beyond repair! I prefer to have a steady hand when taking photos!

      Technically it's rubbish
Artistically it's great as it captures the energy of the occasion so well done

I've got quite a few 'technically rubbish' yet 'artistically great' images taken under similar circumstances

      Cheers,
      John

I used my old 600d which is held together with electrical tape after being blown over while on a tripod, so not too worried about damaging it

I got quite a few which are artistic from that night but rubbish from a technical point. Certainly could tell everyone had a few
