    Comicon

I went to a Comic today with my youngest son. Lots of people dressed up as superheroes, Star Wars, Anime etc. It was my first time and I wanted to travel light, so I only took the R5 and the 50mm F1.2. The light was pretty poor, but that's where F1.2 helps. I was aware that it was a very sharp lens, even wide open, but just how sharp it was surprised me. Here is an image of a Star Wars princess (not sure who) and underneath is a 300% crop. If you agree it's very sharp, bear in mind that you are seeing it at much reduced quality. At full resolution on a 5K monitor it's scarily sharp.
