    Fireworks

As our granddaughter has her birthday on the 5th Nov. we have a few fireworks in our backgarden for her each year. Yesterday when she was over I thought that I would try something a little different from the normal stand back and shoot the display in the distance.

I put my 50D and 17-85 lens in a weatherproof coat and laid it on the grass pointing to the sky right next to the firworks as they were being set off. I used a setting of 17mm, f11, ISO100 1.6sec and fired the camera with a wireless trigger. here are a couple of shots.
