Still working on the settings so had a few hours at Snetterton on Saturday - Cory's tattooist was racing in the 1000cc class, unfortunately due to electrical / sensor issues he had to pull out after the first race.
1DX, 70-200 2.8 mkII with 1.4 mkIII extender (usual race set up) Anyway - it was cold / wet / windy and a little grey so dialled in +2/3rds on the exposure, set camera to jpeg, added a little to the profile settings and came away with:
#1 1/500, f/4, iso 250, 280mm Hot n Wet

#2 1/160, f/5, iso 100, 155mm and over the line

#3 1/250, f/4.5, iso 200, 205mm one of Brad's team mates 'getting the power down'

#4 1/160, f/4, iso 125, 280mm little flat on the colour with this one but think it still works okay.

#5 1/500, f/4.5, iso 100, 165mm did I mention it was a little 'chilly'

Nothing too exciting but it was a good few hours and came away feeling a little better about the camera than I did on my last outing lol.
