I would gues that the slight bluring is due to hand shake as the shutter speed is 1/15. If you had lowered the aperture to f11 you would have still got it all in focus but the shutter speed would have been fast enough to get it sharp
I have been experimenting with focal lengths and found that it is not needed to have more than f13 to get the whole picture in focus (for general pictures). The story is different for macro shots.

Hi you have now sorted the presentation of larger pictures, well done.
The car is a fabulous old thing that as Brian has said would have been better if it was a little sharper, having said that I think the exposure is correct and if the f stop / shutter speed had been balanced slightly differently the image would have been sharp.
