Now I confess I thought all "rugby scrum" event photographers (i.e. the pack outside the door) always used fully manual flash power and exposure and perhaps focus, just to avoid the camera getting confused by all the other flashes going off, interesting idea to do it inside - I suspect I wouldn't go near that without an extensive trial first... Then again it's what he does, and he likes the results, sorry, was able to get paid for the results... (which is what matters, after all).
