Sigma 150-600 new firmware

I spent the day at Barnes WWT and found something interesting. Previously the 2.8-10m and 10m-infinity settings seemed not to be honoured on my copy, it's almost as if the lens was fixed on full. Now they're very much applied and I found myself swapping between the two limited settings a lot today.

I don't believe I'd adjusted those ranges when playing with the settings but I suppose I could have. Anyone else seen anything like this?

Haven't tried mine yet and have already updated the firmware so will not know

I rarely if ever use mine out of the custom settings ,,but might be worth a try again to see if it's improved in normal shooting
